Application Process | 1. Complete the application form 2. 2 passport-sized photos of the child (5cm or 2 inches), one to be used on the application form 3. A copy of the child’s birth certificate (please bring along the original for verification) 4. 3 self-addressed stamped($3.3) envelopes 5. Application fee HK$40.00 (non-refundable whether the application is successful or not.) 6. Admission Procedures | 1. After receiving the application form, the interview permit will be mailed or in person, or recieve the notification on the date of interview if apply by ‘google form’ (detail of interview will notify by WhatsApp).
2. The kindergarten will arrange an interview for all applicants, to be accompanied by one parent. (When interviewing NCS children, translations service for applicants will be provided when necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication. if there are any problems, please feel free to contact us by phone 27138109 or by email tstkg@tstkg.edu.hk) 3. Admission Criteria Interview performance The applicants with sibling(s) currently studying in the kindergarten will be given due priority consideration. (As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)
4. Registration Arrangements Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 4 to 6 January 2024 (Centralized Registration Dates) by submitting the original of the RC.
5. Documents: The Registration fee for 2024/25 K1 place is HK$ 970 Please hand-in a “2024/25 Registration Certificate” for K1 students. (Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The registration fee is non-refundable) The kindergarten will return the “Registration Certificate” but the registration fee will not be refunded. The kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child. ＊Must get a medical checkup from a doctor. Applicants on the waiting list : Parents should complete the registration procedures of waiting list for their child according to the specified date set by the school. The date and procedures will notify to parents by post. |
