– When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 is issued, kindergartens are to be suspended.
– Please note: The Hong Kong observatory issues warnings between 6:00AM before 8:00am . If a RED or BLACK Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before 8:00am, schools are to be suspended.
– During RED or BLACK Rainstorm Warning Signal, schools should continue the lessons until the end of normal school hours and ought to ensure that conditions are safe before allowing students to return home.
